Ingredients 6 pieces
- Sandwich bread6 sheets
- (A)Eggs2
- (A)Milk20 ml
- (A)Sugar2 tbsp
- Mesclun greens20 g
- Tomato1/2
- Thin-sliced half sized bacon9 sheets
- Sliced cheese3 sheets
- Japanese Mayonnaiseas needed
- Salted butteras needed
How to make
- 1. Put ingredient (A) in a container and mix well. Soak both sides in sandwich bread and leave in the refrigerator for about 20 minutes.
- 2. Thinly slice the tomatoes.
- 3. Add the salted butter to a pan, and cook Step 1 over medium heat on both sides.
- 4. Place the mesclun greens, mayonnaise, tomatoes, thin-sliced half sized bacon, and sliced cheese on one slice of Step 3, and sandwich with the other slice of Step 2.
- 5. Cut Step 4 in half, place on a plate, and it is ready.
Tips for cooking
There is no problem if you dip it in the egg mixture and bake it right away, but if you put it in the refrigerator for a while, it will soak into the sandwich bread. The more egg mixture the bread absorbs, the richer the dough will be. If you have time, we recommend grilling bacon until crispy.
