How to make
- Prepare. Defrost the mixed vegetables following the instructions on the package. Cut the sliced cheese in half.
- 1. Cut the thin-sliced half bacon into 0.4-inch squares. Mince the onions.
- 2. Put the ingredients from Step 1 and the rest of the ketchup rice ingredients into a heat-resistant bowl and cover with a plastic wrap. Microwave for about 2 minutes at 600 W.
- 3. Mix well, cover with a plastic wrap, and microwave again for about 1 minute at 600 W.
- 4. Beat the eggs in a bowl, then add salt and pepper mix and mayonnaise. Mix them well.
- 5. Melt salted butter in a heated pan over medium heat. Pour in half of the egg mixture from Step 4 and cook. Cook both sides and remove from heat once it's cooked. Repeat the process for the other piece.
- 6. Divide the amount of ketchup rice from Step 3 into half, wrap it in a plastic wrap, and shape it into a triangle.
- 7. Spread out the plastic wrap and spread one thin omelet from Step 5 on top, then place the cheese slices and the rice from Step 6 on the center. Lightly squeeze it together as you wrap the rice with the thin omelet.
- 8. Place it on a plate, garnish with mesclun greens and tomatoes. Now it is ready!
