- Pizza Dough
- Bread flour150 g

- Cream Sauce
- Egg yolk1
- Whipping cream (Heavy cream)40 ml
- Powdered cheese1 tbsp
- Salt2 three finger pinches

- Ground pork100 g
- Onion1/4
- Salt1 three finger pinch
- Black pepper1 three finger pinch
- Olive oil1 tsp
- Shredded pizza cheeze50 g
- Parsleyas needed
How to make
- 1. Slice the onion thinly.
- 2. Heat olive oil in a an over medium heat and stir-fry Step 1. When it becomes transparent, add the ground pork and stir-fry until the color changes. Sprinkle with salt and black pepper and remove from heat to cool.
- 3. Add the cream sauce ingredients to a bowl and mix together.
- 4. Make the pizza dough. Put all the pizza dough ingredients except the cooking oil in a bowl and mix them together. When the dough comes together, take it out of the bowl and knead it.
- 5. When the surface becomes smooth, knead it so that the cooking oil blends in.
- 6. When it comes together, cover it with a damp cloth and leave it for about 10 minutes. During this time, preheat the oven to 200°C (390°F).
- 7. Using a rolling pin, roll out the dough into an 8-inch diameter circle and place on a baking tray covered with parchment paper. Place Step 3, 2 and shredded pizza cheese in that order and bake in a 200°C (390°F) oven for about 15 minutes.
- 8. Serve in a dish, sprinkle with parsley and it is ready.
Tips for cooking
Adjust the amount of salt to your liking. Please make sure to preheat the oven before baking. If the oven does not have a preheating function, set the temperature and heat for 10 minutes before baking. The strength of the heat may vary depending on the type of oven and the period of use. Please make sure to follow the recipe as a guide but adjust the baking time as needed. If it browns too fast, cover it with aluminum foil.
