- Japanese Mayonnaise4 tbsp
- Whipping cream (Heavy cream)2 tbsp
- Salt and pepper mixa pinch
- Green leaf lettuceas needed
- Parsleyas needed
How to make
- Prepare. Mince parsley. Drain off corns.
- 1. Cut ham in half and cut into 0.2-inch wide strips.
- 2. Remove sprouts from potatoes, peel the skin, and cut into 8-inch cubes. Place in a heatproof bowl, cover with plastic wrap, and microwave for 5 minutes at 600 W.
- 3. While Step 2 is still hot, crush it, strain it with a strainer, and let it cool.
- 4. Add mayonnaise and whipping cream (heavy cream) and mix well.
- 5. Add the corn and Step 1 to Step 4 and mix together. Season with salt and pepper mix and refrigerate for about 30 minutes.
- 6. Divide into 6 equal parts, place in plastic wrap, and roll into balls.
- 7. Place green leaves and Step 6 on a plate, top with parsley, and it is ready.
Tips for cooking
Adjust the amount of salt to your liking. This time we are using ham and corn, but you can substitute your favorite ingredients.
