- Thin fried tofu (Abura-age)2 sheets
- (A)Natto1 package(s)
- (A)Sakura shrimp2 tbsp
- (A)Shredded pizza cheeze40 g
- Green onionas needed
- Soy sauceas needed
How to make
- Prepare. Mix natto with the included sauce.
- 1. Cover the baking tray with aluminum foil. Top with thin fried tofu (abura-age), natto, sakura shrimp, and shredded pizza cheese in that order.
- 2. Bake in a toaster oven for about 8 minutes.
- 3. Serve on a plate, top with green onions and it is ready. Please serve with soy sauce.
Tips for cooking
If the area around the thin fried tofu (abura-age) and the cheese start to brown, you can use it as a guide to finish baking. It is also recommended to use the deep-fried thick tofu (atsuage) as a substitute to increase the volume. You can use dried small shrimp as a substitute for sakura shrimp. The cooking degree depends on the type of toaster you are using, so please adjust the temperature as you check the conditions. This time it's baked at 1000W 200°C (390°F).
