- Ground beef and pork mix200 g
- Eggplant2

- Water400 ml
- (A)Curry mix (Curry roux)50 g
- (A)Ketchup1 tbsp
- (A)Japanese worcestershire sauce1 tbsp
- (A)Granulated Japanese consomme soup stock1 tsp
- Salad oil1 tbsp
- Parsleyas needed
How to make
- 1. Chop the onion finely.
- 2. Cut off the stem of the eggplant, cut it into 0.4-inch cubes, put it in a bowl filled with water and soak it for about 5 minutes.
- 3. Add cooking oil to a pan heated over medium heat, add the ground beef and pork mix, Step 1, and drained Step 2, then stir-fry.
- 4. When the ground beef and pork mix is cooked through, add water and ingredient (A), heat over medium heat, and remove from heat when it thickens.
- 5. Pour Step 4 on a plate with rice, sprinkle with parsley, and it is ready.
Tips for cooking
If you want to enjoy the texture of eggplant, you can enjoy it by cutting it into chunks or round slices. You can substitute your favorite ground meat for ground beef and pork mix.
