Tips for cooking

Please adjust the amount of Japanese mustard to your liking. If you grill beef loin meat with the end of the roll facing down, it will prevent from falling apart easily. For senior citizens, children under the age of 2, pregnant women, and individuals with weakened immune systems, please avoid eating raw eggs.
