- Boiled whitebait40 g
- Japanese mustard spinach100 g
- (A)Cooking sake1 tbsp
- (A)Soy sauce1 tbsp
- (A)Sugar2 tsp
- bonito flakes2 g
- Roasted white sesame seeds1 tbsp
- Sesame oil1 tbsp
How to make
- 1. Cut off the roots of the Japanese mustard spinach and chop it into small pieces.
- 2. Heat a pan over medium heat, add sesame oil, and stir-fry Step 1.
- 3. When the Japanese mustard spinach is cooked well and tender, add the boiled whitebait, and stir-fry over medium heat.
- 4. When everything is mixed, add ingredient (A) and stir-fry over medium heat until the liquid evaporates.
- 5. Add the bonito flakes and white roasted sesame seeds, mix, and remove from the heat. Then serve it on a plate and it is ready.
Tips for cooking
After adding the ingredients of ① in Step 4, be careful not to burn it, then mix well to remove moisture.
