- Soy sauce3 tbsp
- Japanese sweet cooking wine (Mirin)3 tbsp
- Sugar1.5 tbsp
How to make
- 1. Put all the ingredients in a small pot and heat over medium heat. When it starts to bubble, turn the heat down to low.
- 2. Boil it down while stirring it with a wooden spatula so it doesn't burn.
- 3. When it thickens, remove it from the heat and it's ready!
Tips for cooking
You can adjust the amount of soy sauce and sugar to your liking. When you boil down the sauce, please be careful not to make the heat too strong, as it will make it easier to get burnt.
