- (A)Curry mix (Curry roux)50 g
- (A)Japanese BBQ sauce (Yakiniku sauce)1 tbsp

How to make
- Prepare. Peel the carrot.
- 1. Roughly chop the onion and carrot.
- 2. Mix the ground pork, Step 1, water, and ingredient (A) in a large heatproof bowl, and cover with plastic wrap.
- 3. Microwave for 5 minutes at 600 W, then take out and mix together.
- 4. Cover again with plastic wrap and microwave for 4 minutes at 600 W. When the ground pork is cooked through and the carrots are tender, take out and mix together.
- 5. Place the rice in a bowl, pour over Step 4, top with the soft-boiled egg (onsen tamago) and it is ready.
Tips for cooking
