- Eggs2
- Dried green seaweed flakes (Aonori)1 three finger pinch
- Soy sauce1/2 tsp
- Japanese sweet cooking wine (Mirin)1/2 tsp
- Sugar1 tsp
- Salta pinch
- Salad oil1 tsp
How to make
- 1. Put all the ingredients except cooking oil in a bowl and mix together.
- 2. Add half of cooking oil to a tamagoyaki Japanese omelet pan, heat over medium heat, and remove excess oil with a paper towel.
- 3. Pour in 1/3 of the egg mixture, heat over low heat, and fold. Repeat this Step 3 times.
- 4. Adjust the shape while it's still warm and cut into 6 equal pieces.
Tips for cooking
You can adjust the amount of salt to your liking. If it is difficult to roll the omelet (tamagoyaki), you can use tools such as a spatula.
