- Kelp (Kombu)3 g
- Water1 tbsp
- Ginger5 g
- (A)Vinegar2 tbsp
- (A)Soy sauce1 tbsp
- (A)Sliced Japanese chili peppers (Takanotsume)1/2 tsp
How to make
- Prepare. Peel the ginger. Damp the kelp (kombu).
- 1. Put the kombu and water in a tray and soak it for about 15 minutes until the kombu is soft.
- 2. Cut Step 1 into 0.4-inch width pieces. Cut the ginger into thin strips.
- 3. Transfer to a bowl, mix in the ingredient (A), cover with a plastic wrap, and marinate for about 15 minutes until the flavors are absorbed.
- 4. Transfer to a plate and it's ready to serve.
Tips for cooking
Please adjust the amount of soy sauce according to your preference.
