- Chicken breast1 sheets
- (A)Salt and pepper mix2 three finger pinches
- (A)Sake2 tsp
- Cake flour (Pastry flour)2 tbsp
- Sauce
- Japanese Mayonnaise2 tbsp
- Oyster sauce2 tsp
- Sugar1 tsp
- Soy sauce1 tsp
- Salad oil2 tsp
- Garnish
- Mesclun greens10 g
- Cherry tomato2
- Toppings
- Parsleyas needed
How to make
- 1. Poke the chicken breast with a fork and make holes in several places, then shave cut it into 0.4-inch width pieces.
- 2. Add Step 1 and ingredient (A) into a bowl and rub well, then add cake flour (pastry flour) and coat.
- 3. Add the sauce ingredients into another bowl and mix them together.
- 4. Add cooking oil to the heated pan over medium heat and cook Step 2.
- 5. Once browned, turn it over and steam cook for about 5 minutes over medium heat.
- 6. When chicken breast is cooked through, add Step 3 and stir-fry over medium heat, then remove from the heat.
- 7. Serve on a plate, serve with garnishes, sprinkle with parsley, and it's ready.
Tips for cooking
Poke the chicken with a fork or shave cut to make it tender. Please adjust the seasoning to your liking.
