- Sandwich bread1 sheets
- Unsweetened yogurt100 g
- (A)Eggs1
- (A)Sugar1 tbsp
- (A)Lemon juice2 tsp
- Lemon3 sheets
- Salad oil1 tsp
- Powdered sugar1 tsp
- Chervilas needed
How to make
- 1. Place a strainer in a bowl, cover with paper towel, put the unsweetened yogurt and leave for 30 minutes to drain off the water.
- 2. Add Step 1 and ingredient (A) to the bowl, mix well, and soak the sandwich bread until the liquid is absorbed.
- 3. Heat cooking oil in a pan, add Step 2, and cook over low heat. Arrange the slices of lemon on the top side, and when the bottom is browned, flip it and cook over low heat.
- 4. When both sides are browned, remove from heat and cut into 3 equal pieces.
- 5. Serve in a plate, decorate with powdered sugar and chervil, and it's ready.
Tips for cooking
This time we made it by straining unsweetened yogurt, but you can substitute it with Greek yogurt. In that case, use about 50 g (1.76 oz) of Greek yogurt.
