Ethnic Style Yakisoba With Pork Belly and Coriander - Recipe Video

Ingredients 1 serving
- Stir fry noodles (Yakisoba)1 head(s)
- Coriander50 g
- Pork belly80 g
- Bean sprouts50 g
- (A)Nam pla fish sauce1 tbsp
- (A)Lemon juice1 tsp
- (A)Salt1 three finger pinch
- (A)Black pepper1 three finger pinch
- Sesame oil1 tbsp
How to make
- 1. Cut off the base of the coriander, cut it into 1-inch wide pieces, and leave 1/3 of the leaf side for decoration.
- 2. Cut pork belly into 1-inch wide pieces.
- 3. Add sesame oil to a pan heated over medium heat, add the pork belly from Step 2 and stir-fry until the color of the meat changes, then add bean sprouts and stir-fry.
- 4. While the heat is still on medium, add the yakisoba noodles and ingredient (A) and loosen.
- 5. Add the coriander from Step 1 and stir-fry quickly over medium heat, then remove from the heat.
- 6. Serve the food from Step 5 in a plate and top with the leaf part of the coriander from Step 1 and it's done!
Tips for cooking
Please adjust the amount of seasoning to your liking. Please adjust the amount of coriander to your liking. You can also use thinly sliced pork instead of pork belly if you like.
