- Salmon100 g
- Sweet onion1/2
- Wateras needed
- (A)Olive oil1.5 tbsp
- (A)Lemon juice1 tsp
- (A)Salt1/4 tsp
- (A)Black peppera pinch
- Dill weed1
- Pink pepperas needed
How to make
- 1. Slice the sweet onion thinly, soak in water for 5 minutes, and drain in a strainer.
- 2. Tear the leaves off the dill weed.
- 3. Thinly slice the salmon.
- 4. Add ingredient (A) to a large bowl and mix well. Add Step 1 and mix everything together, then leave for 10 minutes.
- 5. Arrange Step 3 on a plate, top with Step 4, then sprinkle with dill weed and pink pepper. It is ready.
Tips for cooking
By mixing the sweet onion with the seasonings first, it becomes like a marinade and the flavors are easily mixed. Make sure you eat salmon and sweet onion together.
