- Cake flour (Pastry flour)1 tbsp
- Batter
- Cold water120 ml
- Eggs1
- Cake flour (Pastry flour)80 g
- Starch1 tbsp
- Frying oilas needed
- Salt1/2 tsp
How to make
- Prepare. Cut off the stem of a zucchini.
- 1. Cut the zucchini in half and lengthwise into 6 equal pieces.
- 2. Coat with cake flour (pastry flour).
- 3. Crack eggs into a bowl, add cold water and mix. Add the pastry flour and starch, mix lightly, and dip into Step 2.
- 4. Pour frying oil 1-inch from the bottom of a pan, and heat to 180°C (360°F). Add Step 3 and fry for about 2 minutes until the batter becomes crispy, then drain the oil.
- 5. Serve on a plate, sprinkle with salt, and it is ready.
Tips for cooking
Adjust the amount of salt to your liking. Coating zucchini with cake flour (pastry flour) will help the batter stick together. Adding starch to the batter will fry to a crispy texture.
