    2 sheets
  • (A)Milk
    200 ml
  • (A)Matcha powder
    2 tsp
  • (A)Beaten eggs

  • (A)Sugar
    2 tbsp
  • Salt-free butter
    15 g
  • Boiled sweet red beans (Yude azuki)
    4 tbsp
  • Condensed milk
    as needed
  • Powdered sugar
    as needed
  • Roasted soybean flour
    as needed

How to make

  1. 1. Cut off the crust of the sandwich bread and cut into 4 equal pieces.
  2. 2. Put ingredient (A) into a tray and mix well. Add Step 1 and soak both sides well. Cover with a plastic wrap and leave in the refrigerator for 1 hour.
  3. 3. Heat a pan over medium heat, add butter, and when melted, add Step 2 and cook both sides until golden brown.
  4. 4. Place Step 3 on a plate, top with boiled sweet red beans (yude azuki), sprinkle with powdered sugar and roasted soybean flour, and pour condensed milk over the top, then it is ready.

Tips for cooking

You can substitute caster sugar for cane sugar. You can also substitute milk with soy milk. You can use smooth sweet bean paste, mashed red bean paste or white bean paste for boiled sweet red beans (yude azuki).
