Ingredients 2 onigiris
- Japanese leek15 g
- Chili Oil(La-yu)as needed
- Sliced cheese2 sheets
- Rice200 g
- White sesame seedsas needed
How to make
- Prepare. Cook the rice.
- 1. Cut the sliced cheese into 0.2-inch cubes.
- 2. Mince Japanese leek.
- 3. Put the rice, white sesame, sliced cheese and Japanese green onion into a bowl and mix. Add 3 to 4 drops of chili oil and mix well.
- 4. Divide the food from Step 3 into 2 equal parts, place on a plastic wrap, and grip it into shape.
- 5. Serve on a plate and it's done!
Tips for cooking
Please adjust the seasoning to your liking. You can use the cheese of your choice such as processed cheese instead of sliced cheese.
