- Chicken thigh200 g
- Mini mozzarella cheese8
- Cherry tomato8
- Garlic1
- Salt1/2 tsp
- Olive oil1 tbsp
- Basil8 sheets
How to make
- Prepare. Remove the calyx from cherry tomatoes and wash.
- 1. Mince garlic.
- 2. Cut chicken thigh into bite-sized pieces, sprinkle salt and rub it in.
- 3. Heat pan over medium heat and add olive oil. Stir-fry onions from Step 1 until it becomes fragrant.
- 4. Add the chicken from Step 2 and cook until it is thoroughly cooked, then add cherry tomatoes and cook for about 1 minute.
- 5. Wrap the mozzarella cheese with basil, stick it in a bamboo skewer with chicken and tomatoes from Step 4, put it on a plate, sprinkle some black pepper and it's done!
Tips for cooking
We are using a cheese that can be consumed without heating. Depending on the type of cheese, heating may be necessary, so please be careful.
