- Pork belly200 g
- Cabbage250 g
- Grated garlic1 tsp
- (A)Sake1 tbsp
- (A)Japanese sweet cooking wine (Mirin)1 tbsp
- Salad oil1 tbsp
- Ponzu sauce2 tbsp
How to make
- 1. Slice cabbage into strips.
- 2. Cut pork belly into 1-inch pieces. Add it to a bowl, add grated garlic, and mix.
- 3. Heat a skillet over high heat, add cooking oil, and stir-fry Step 1. When it starts to soften, move it to the edge of the skillet.
- 4. Add Step 2 to the space in the middle, and stir-fry in medium heat, when the pork belly changes color, add (A), and stir-fry well until cooked through.
- 5. Remove from the heat, pour ponzu sauce evenly, and it's ready to serve.
Tips for cooking
Please adjust the seasoning to your taste. You can substitute your favorite parts for pork belly. This time we used a 7-inch diameter skillet, but you can also make it in a pan. *You must be of legal drinking age
