- Stir fry noodles (Yakisoba)1 head(s)
- Sesame oil1 tbsp
- 卵とじあん
- Beaten eggs2
- Ground beef and pork mix50 g
- Sesame oil1 tbsp
- (A)Soy sauce1 tbsp
- (A)Japanese sweet cooking wine (Mirin)1 tbsp
- (A)Oyster sauce1 tsp
- (A)Chicken soup stock (powder, cube, liquid)1/2 tsp
- (A)Water150 ml
- Starch and water mixture1 tbsp
- 仕上げ
- Young green onion (Konegi)as needed
How to make
- 1. Heat sesame oil in a pan over medium heat and add stir fry noodles (yakisoba) while loosening it. Do not stir the noodles, but bake both sides to give a crispy brown color. Place them on a plate when cooked thoroughly.
- 2. Wipe off excess oil from the pan in Step 1 with kitchen paper. Heat sesame oil over medium heat and stir fry mix of ground beef and pork. When cooked thoroughly, add (A) and bring to a boil.
- 3. Pour beaten eggs circularly into Step 2 and heat over medium heat. When you start to see a little bubble, stir slowly.
- 4. Add starch mixed with water to Step 3 and heat over medium heat. When it thickens, remove from heat and pour over Step 1.
- 5. Sprinkle young green onion (konegi) on top of Step 4, and it's ready to serve.
Tips for cooking
Please make starch mixed with water in the ratio of 1 starch and 2 water. Also, check the thickness of sauce and adjust the amount of starch to your liking. Please adjust the amount of seasoning to your taste. You can substitute other ground meat instead of a mix of ground beef and pork.
