Ingredients 2 slices (6 slices in a pack)
- Sandwich bread2 sheets
- Mixed berries200 g
- (A)Milk200 ml
- (A)Eggs1
- (A)Granulated Sugar30 g
- (A)Vanilla essencea pinch
- (B)Granulated Sugar30 g
- (B)Cassis liqueur (Blackcurrant liqueur)2 tsp
- Salt-free butter10 g
- Toppings
- Mintas needed
- Vanilla ice creamas needed
How to make
- 1. Mix together ingredient (A), add the sandwich bread and soak it for 15 minutes on each side.
- 2. Add the mixed berries to the pot, add ingredient (B) and simmer until the mixture thickens, then remove from the heat.
- 3. Heat a pan over medium heat, melt the butter and cook Step 1 on both sides.
- 4. Place Step 3 on a plate, top with vanilla ice cream, pour Step 3 all over, decorate with mint and it's ready.
Tips for cooking
This time we used frozen mixed berries, but you can use fresh strawberries or blueberries. You can use brandy instead of cassis liqueur (blackcurrant liqueur), but you can enjoy it without using brandy. Please choose your favorite ice cream.
