- Milk200 ml
- Sugar1 tbsp
- Cocoa powder2 tbsp
- Marshmallow6
- Salted butter10 g
- Marshmallow15 g
- Chocolate sauceas needed
How to make
- 1. Mix the ingredients for the egg mixture.
- 2. Marinate the baguette (French bread), cover with plastic wrap, and refrigerate for about 30 minutes.
- 3. Once the egg mixture is well absorbed, sandwich the marshmallows.
- 4. Add the salted butter to a pan heated over medium heat, and cook Step 3 on both sides until browned.
- 5. Serve to a plate, top with the marshmallows, pour the chocolate sauce, and it is ready.
Tips for cooking
When flipping it in Step 4, use a spatula to prevent it from collapsing. For senior citizens, children under the age of 2, pregnant women, and individuals with weakened immune systems, please avoid eating raw eggs.
