Ingredients 4 onigiri
- Rice300 g
- Imitation crab4
- Japanese baby cheese3
- Corn boiled in water30 g
- Salted butter5 g
- (A)Soy sauce1.5 tsp
- (A)Roasted white sesame seeds1.5 tsp
How to make
- 1. Cut imitation crab into 0.2-inch width.
- 2. Add rice and salted butter into a bowl and mix. Once the butter has melted, add (A), and mix well. When the taste has blended well overall, add corn boiled in water and Step 1, then mix further.
- 3. Divide into 4 equal portions, wrap with plastic wrap, use hands to press and form it into a triangle shape.
- 4. Remove the plastic wrap, place it on a plate, and it's ready to serve.
