- Cake flour (Pastry flour)1 tbsp
- Maitake mushroom50 g
- Seasoning
- Sake1 tbsp
- Japanese sweet cooking wine (Mirin)1 tbsp
- Soy sauce1 tbsp
- Grated garlic1 tsp
- Salted butter20 g
- Young green onion (Konegi)10 g
How to make
- 1. Cut off the stems of maitake mushrooms and break them up.
- 2. Cut salmon into bite-size pieces and coat them evenly and thinly with cake flour (pastry flour).
- 3. Put salted butter in a pan heated over medium heat, and when it melts, cook Step 2.
- 4. When both sides of the salmon are cooked, add Step 1 and fry over medium heat.
- 5. When Step 4 is cooked through, add the seasonings and remove from heat when the flavors have blended.
- 6. Serve Step 5 on a plate, sprinkle with young green onions (konegi), and it's ready.
Tips for cooking
In the case of salted salmon, please adjust the amount of salt. You can also make it deliciously with mushrooms other than the hen of the woods (maitake mushroom). You can also use unsalted butter instead of salted butter.
