    60 g
  • Water
    120 ml
  • Frying oil

  • Green shiso leaves
    2 sheets

How to make

  1. Prepare. Wipe off the juice from the daikon radish and chikuwa. Cut off the stems of green shiso leaves.
  2. 1. Dust daikon radish and fish cake (chikuwa) evenly with tempura flour.
  3. 2. Put batter ingredients in a bowl and mix together.
  4. 3. Dip Step 1 into Step 2 and spread evenly.
  5. 4. Add 1-inch of frying oil from the bottom of a pan and fry Step 3 at 180°C (360°F) for about 3 minutes. Drain the oil once it is crispy.
  6. 5. Serve in a bowl topped with the green shiso leaves and it is ready.

Tips for cooking
