Okonomiyaki Party Using Electric Griddle - Recipe Video

- Cake flour (Pastry flour)100 g

- Water80 ml
- Japanese style granulated soup stock1 tsp

- Cabbage80 g
- Deep fried tempura bits (Tenkasu)30 g
- Red pickled ginger30 g
- Pork Belly Kimchi
- Pork belly50 g
- Kimchi20 g
- Corn Cheese
- Shredded pizza cheeze30 g
- Corn boiled in water20 g
- Salad oil1 tbsp
- Toppings
- Okonomiyaki sauce3 tbsp
- Japanese Mayonnaise2 tbsp
- Kimchi10 g
- Corn boiled in water5 g
How to make
- 1. Roughly chop cabbage.
- 2. Cut pork belly into 2 inches pieces.
- 3. Mix half of the dough ingredients in a bowl, then add half of Step 1, half of the remaining toppings, Step 2, and kimchi and mix together.
- 4. Mix the remaining dough ingredients in another bowl, then add the remaining Step 1, the remaining toppings, and the corn cheese ingredients and mix together.
- 5. Heat an electric griddle and add cooking oil. Pour 2 pieces each of Step 3 and Step 4 in about 3 inches diameter and cook for about 2 minutes.
- 6. When the bottom is browned, turn it over, cover with a lid and steam cook for about 2 minutes.
- 7. When the inside is cooked, turn it over, add the toppings, and it's ready to serve.
Tips for cooking
If you can adjust the temperature of an electric griddle, set it to medium temperature, about 180°C (356°F). If you don't have an electric griddle, you can make it in the pan.
