How to make
- Prepare. Remove sprouts and peel potatoes. Peel carrots.
- 1. Cut the potatoes into bite-size pieces. Place in a heatproof bowl, cover loosely with plastic wrap, and microwave at 600 W for about 5 minutes until soft, then mash with a masher while still hot.
- 2. Cut the carrots into thin half-moons. Place in a separate heat-resistant bowl, cover loosely with plastic wrap, and heat in a 600 W microwave for about 1 minute to cool.
- 3. Slice a cucumber into thin rounds. Place in a bowl, add salt, mix, and let sit for about 5 minutes to drain off the water.
- 4. Slice wieners into thin rounds. Place in a separate heat-resistant bowl, cover loosely with plastic wrap, and heat in a 600 W microwave oven until heated through, about 1 minute to cool.
- 5. Add an ingredient (A) to the bowl, mix well, and then add Step 1, 2, 3, and 4, then blend the flavors throughout.
- 6. Serve on a plate, sprinkle with parsley, and it is ready.
