- Broccoli300 g
- Batter
- Tempura flour100 g
- Water160 ml
- Granulated Japanese consomme soup stock2 tsp
- Frying oilas needed
How to make
- Prepare. Cut off broccoli stems.
- 1. Divide the broccoli into florets.
- 2. Put batter ingredients in a bowl and mix well, then add Step 1 and toss to coat.
- 3. Add frying oil to a height of about 2-inch from the bottom of a pan and heat to 170°C (340°F), then add Step 2 and fry for about 3 minutes until it turns crispy and golden brown, then drain the oil.
- 4. Serve on a plate, and it is ready.
