- Anchovy fillet6 sheets

- Garlic powder1 tsp

How to make
- Prepare. Remove sprouts and peel potatoes.
- 1. Chop the potatoes into chunks, put them in a heat-resistant container, cover them with plastic wrap, and microwave for 4 minutes at 600 W. Turn the potatoes upside down and cook for another 4 minutes.
- 2. Slice an onion thinly, soak it in water for about 10 minutes, and drain it thoroughly.
- 3. Pat the anchovy fillet into a paste.
- 4. Add the cream cheese into Step 1 and mix until the cream cheese is smooth, then add Step 2 and 3 and mix again.
- 5. Add the garlic powder, mayonnaise, salt, and pepper, blend together, then serve on a plate, and it is ready.
Tips for cooking
We are using a cheese that can be consumed without heating. Depending on the type of cheese, heating may be necessary, so please be careful. Adjust the amount of salt to your liking.
