- Stir fry noodles (Yakisoba)1 head(s)
- Cooking sake1 tbsp
- Ground beef and pork mix100 g
- Cabbage150 g
- (A)Oyster sauce1.5 tbsp
- (A)Japanese Mayonnaise1.5 tbsp
- Salad oil1 tbsp
How to make
- 1. Cut cabbage into bite-sized pieces.
- 2. Add cooking oil to a medium heated pan, add Step 1, and stir fry until softened.
- 3. Add mix of ground beef and pork and stir-fry until it changes color, then add (A) and stir-fry to blend flavors.
- 4. Add stir fry noodles (yakisoba) and cooking sake, loosen the noodles and stir to tangle the flavors, then remove from heat.
- 5. Arrange on a plate and it's ready to serve.
Tips for cooking
Please adjust the taste to your liking. We used a mix of ground beef and pork this time, but you can use your favorite meat such as ground pork or ground chicken.
