- Eggs2
- Hanpen fish cake1/2 sheets
- Tuna flakes boiled in water30 g
- Sliced cheese1 sheets
- (A)Milk1 tbsp
- (A)Salt and pepper mixa pinch
- Salad oil1 tbsp
How to make
- 1. Cut hanpen fish cake thickness in half and place the cheese slices in between them.
- 2. Put the egg, tuna flakes and ingredient (A) in a bowl and beat well.
- 3. Place cooking oil on a medium heated tamagoyaki omelet pan, spread 1/3 of the egg mixture from Step 2 around the pan and cook.
- 4. Place the hanpen fish cakes from Step 1 and roll from the edge over medium heat.
- 5. Divide the remaining egg mxture into 2 portions and roll from the end in the same way. Once it is all cooked, remove from heat.
- 6. Cut them into bite-sized pieces and it is ready!
Tips for cooking
You can adjust the seasoning to your liking.
