  • Hanpen fish cake
    1/2 sheets
  • Tuna flakes boiled in water
    30 g
  • Sliced cheese
    1 sheets
  • (A)Milk
    1 tbsp
  • (A)Salt and pepper mix
    a pinch
  • Salad oil
    1 tbsp

How to make

  1. 1. Cut hanpen fish cake thickness in half and place the cheese slices in between them.
  2. 2. Put the egg, tuna flakes and ingredient (A) in a bowl and beat well.
  3. 3. Place cooking oil on a medium heated tamagoyaki omelet pan, spread 1/3 of the egg mixture from Step 2 around the pan and cook.
  4. 4. Place the hanpen fish cakes from Step 1 and roll from the edge over medium heat.
  5. 5. Divide the remaining egg mxture into 2 portions and roll from the end in the same way. Once it is all cooked, remove from heat.
  6. 6. Cut them into bite-sized pieces and it is ready!
