How to make
- Prepare. Wash the strawberries clean and cut off the stem. Cut the strawberry for topping in half with the stem still attached.
- 1. Place the strawberries in a bowl, mash with a fork, add the unsweetened yogurt and mix together.
- 2. Add the milk to the pot, and just before boiling add the marshmallows and melt well over low heat.
- 3. Add Step 1 to Step 2, mix well, let it cool, pour into a glass, and refrigerate for at least 1 to 2 hours to harden.
- 4. Add whipped cream and strawberries for topping to Step 3, and it is ready.
Tips for cooking
It is easily firmed up without using gelatin or sugar. If you use sweetened yogurt, the marshmallows are also sweetened, resulting in a slightly sweeter flavor. Milk may separate when boiled, so please be careful with the heat.
