- Sandwich bread2 sheets
- Egg Mixture
- Eggs1
- Milk150 ml
- Granulated Sugar1 tbsp
- Honey1 tbsp
- Powdered cheese1 tbsp
- Salted butter20 g
- Mintas needed
How to make
- 1. Cut the sandwich bread into 9 equal pieces.
- 2. Put the egg mixture ingredients in a bowl and mix together.
- 3. Transfer to a tray, soak Step 1 and leave for 10 minutes.
- 4. Melt salted butter in a pan heated over medium heat, then add Step 3 and cook.
- 5. When both sides have browned, remove from heat. Serve to a plate, sprinkle with honey and powdered cheese, top with mint and it is ready.
Tips for cooking
For senior citizens, children under the age of 2, pregnant women, and individuals with weakened immune systems, please avoid eating raw eggs. This recipe uses honey. Please be careful not to let children below the age of 1 (infants) consume them. You can substitute honey with sugar, but since the sweetness varies depending on the type, we recommend adjusting the taste to your liking.
