- (A)Curry powder2 tbsp
- (A)Unsweetened yogurt100 g
- Salted butter30 g
- Grated garlic1 tsp
- Onion1/2
- (B)Curry powder1 tbsp
- (B)Turmeric1 tsp
- (B)Garam masalaa pinch
- Canned diced tomatoes300 g
- (C)Whipping cream (Heavy cream)100 ml
- (C)Salt2 tsp
- (C)Sugar4 tsp

How to make
- 1. Chop onion.
- 2. Cut chicken breast into bite-sized pieces and add it together with ingredient (A) into a zipper bag, then rub well from outside. Marinate on refrigerator for 1 hour.
- 3. Melt salted butter in a pot and stir-fry the grated garlic and Step 1 over medium heat until the onions are transparent.
- 4. Add ingredient (B) and stir-fry over low heat for about 1 minute.
- 5. After adding diced tomatoes can, reduce the heat to medium and mix well. When it boils, reduce the heat to low and simmer for about 5 minutes.
- 6. Add Step 2, mix well while simmering with medium heat. Bring to a boil and simmer over low heat for about 5 minutes.
- 7. Add (C), reduce heat to medium, and when it boils, turn off the heat.
- 8. Transfer to bowls, pour over whipping cream (heavy cream), decorate with Italian parsley, and it's ready to serve.
Tips for cooking
You can enjoy the taste even without garam masala and turmeric. Please adjust the amount of salt to your liking.
