- Deep-fried thick tofu (Atsuage)1 sheets
- Bok choy1
- Water100 ml
- (A)Soy sauce1 tbsp
- (A)Japanese sweet cooking wine (Mirin)1 tbsp
- (A)Japanese style granulated soup stock1 tsp
How to make
- 1. Cut off the bok choy base and cut it into 2-inch width pieces.
- 2. Cut the deep-fried thick tofu (atsuage) into 0.8-inch width pieces.
- 3. Heat water and the ingredient (A) in a pot over medium heat. When it boils, add Step 2, cover it with a lid, and simmer it for about 5 minutes.
- 4. Add Step 1, reduce the heat to low, and cook for about 1 minute, then remove it from the heat once the flavors have been absorbed.
- 5. Transfer to a bowl and it's ready to serve.
