- Potato400 g
- Japanese leek1/2
- Beaten eggs1
- (A)Cake flour (Pastry flour)2 tbsp
- (A)Powdered cheese2 tbsp
- (A)Black pepper2 three finger pinches
- Salad oil1 tbsp
- Sour cream50 g
- Chervilas needed
How to make
- Prepare. Peel the potatoes and remove the sprouts.
- 1. Shred the potatoes. Slice the Japanese leek diagonally.
- 2. Add the beaten egg and ingredient (A) into a bowl and mix well. Add Step 1 and mix to blend together.
- 3. Add cooking oil to a pan heated over medium heat, then add Step 2, spread it, and cook for about 5 minutes.
- 4. Flip and cook the other side for about 5 minutes, then remove from heat.
- 5. Serve in a dish, top with sour cream, garnish with chervil, and it's ready.
Tips for cooking
Cutting potatoes into thin strips will help them cook better and shorten the cooking time. Putting the lid on and steaming will shorten the cooking time.
