  • Salad oil
    1 tbsp
  • Sour cream
    50 g
  • Chervil

How to make

  1. Prepare. Peel the potatoes and remove the sprouts.
  2. 1. Shred the potatoes. Slice the Japanese leek diagonally.
  3. 2. Add the beaten egg and ingredient (A) into a bowl and mix well. Add Step 1 and mix to blend together.
  4. 3. Add cooking oil to a pan heated over medium heat, then add Step 2, spread it, and cook for about 5 minutes.
  5. 4. Flip and cook the other side for about 5 minutes, then remove from heat.

Tips for cooking
