- Cucumber1/2

- Ham4 sheets
- (A)Japanese Mayonnaise2 tbsp
- (A)Sugar1 tsp
- (A)Salt and pepper mix1/4 tsp

How to make
- Prepare. Remove sprouts and peel potatoes. Remove seeds and peel avocado.
- 1. Cut the potatoes into bite-size pieces. Place in a heatproof bowl, cover loosely with plastic wrap, and microwave for 6 minutes at 600 W.
- 2. Remove stems from the cherry tomatoes and divide into 4 equal parts.
- 3. Use a peeler to slice a cucumber lengthwise.
- 4. Cut the avocado into 0.4-inch cubes.
- 5. Cut ham in half and shred.
- 6. Mash Step 1 with a wooden spatula, add an ingredient (A), and mix together.
- 7. Stick Step 3 on the inside of a cercle mold, add Step 6 up to 1/3 of the height of the mold, and sprinkle with Step 5. Add the remaining of Step 6 and remove from the mold.
- 8. Serve on a plate, top with Step 2 and 4, sprinkle with parsley, and it is ready.
Tips for cooking
If you use danshaku potatoes rather than may queen potatoes, it will be smooth. Heating conditions may vary depending on the type of microwave, the type of heat-resistant container, and the condition of the ingredients. Please check the condition and adjust the heating time as necessary.
