How to make
- Prepare. Cut off the roots of the pea sprouts and cut them into 1-inch wide pieces.
- 1. Add enough water to cover the eggs in a pot and bring to a boil, add the eggs and boil over medium heat for about 5 minutes while rolling them with chopsticks.
- 2. Place the eggs in cold water, smash the eggs to each other and crack them, then cool under running water.
- 3. Cool the eggs completely, peel the shell, and place it in a zipper storage bag.
- 4. Heat (A) in a pan over medium heat, bring to a boil, remove from the heat, and rest it.
- 5. Add Step 4 to Step 3, remove the air, marinate in the refrigerator overnight, and it's ready to serve.
Tips for cooking
Please adjust the amount of boiled egg to your liking. In the video, it is boiled for 5 minutes after the water boils, but if you want to cook it completely, boil it for about 8 minutes after the water boils. If you making it with a food container, make sure that the plastic wrap is tightly attached to the surface of the liquid so that the eggs are immersed in the marinade. Please eat it as soon as possible.
