- Chicken wing8
- Cake flour (Pastry flour)1 tbsp
- Seasoning
- Sake2 tbsp
- Japanese sweet cooking wine (Mirin)2 tbsp
- Soy sauce2 tbsp
- Sugar1 tbsp
- Grated ginger1 tsp
- Sesame oil1 tbsp
- Garnish
- Lettuce3 sheets
How to make
- 1. Coat the chicken wings evenly and thinly with cake flour (pastry flour).
- 2. Add sesame oil to a pan heated over medium heat and cook Step 1.
- 3. Once Step 2 has browned nicely on both sides and cooked through, add the seasonings and remove from the heat once the flavors have settled.
- 4. Place the lettuce on a plate and top with Step 3, then it is ready.
Tips for cooking
You can make it with parts other than chicken wings.
