- Tuna50 g
- Salmon50 g
- Sweet shrimp (Ama-ebi)6
- Lettuce4 sheets
- Cucumber1/2
- Green shiso leaves4 sheets
- Imitation crab2
- Avocado1/4
- Grilled nori seaweed4 sheets
- Sushi Rice
- Rice300 g
- (A)Vinegar2 tbsp
- (A)Sugar1 tbsp
- (A)Salt1/4 tsp
- (A)Kelp tea (Kombu-cha)1/4 tsp
How to make
- Prepare. Cut off the stem from the cucumber. Cut off the stem of the green shiso leaves. Cut the nori seaweed in half.
- 1. Cut the cucumber in half lengthwise and divide into 4 equal pieces. Cut the green shiso leaves in half. Cut the avocado into 4 equal pieces. Break up the imitation crab.
- 2. Cut the tuna and salmon into 0.2-inch pieces.
- 3. Make the vinegared rice. Put ingredient (A) in a bowl and mix until the sugar dissolves.
- 4. Add Step 3 to the rice, mix as if cutting, and let it cool.
- 5. Serve Step 1, 2, sweet shrimp (ama-ebi), lettuce, and nori seaweed on a plate. Place Step 4 on the nori seaweed and your favorite ingredients, then please enjoy the dish.
Tips for cooking
∙ Hand-rolled sushi that everyone enjoys eating can be arranged in any way you like! Not only wasabi soy sauce, but also mayo soy sauce, or your favorite dressing or salted lemon for salad rolls. ∙ Please mix the cooked rice while slicing through it with a rice paddle to become vinegared rice.
