- Stir fry noodles (Yakisoba)1 head(s)
- Tuna flakes marinated in oil50 g
- Shredded pizza cheeze50 g
- Salt and pepper mix1/4 tsp
- Sesame oil1 tbsp
- Thickened Japanese worcestershire sauce2 tbsp
How to make
- 1. In a bowl with loosened stir fry noodles (yakisoba), add tuna flakes marinated in oil, cheese for pizza, salt and pepper mix, and mix well.
- 2. Add sesame oil to a pan over medium heat, add Step 1, use a flipper to press down the whole noodles to gives some shape. Cook over medium heat for about 5 minutes until browned and cooked thoroughly.
- 3. Flip over and cook over medium heat for about 5 minutes, until browned and cooked through, then remove from the heat.
- 4. Arrange on a serving plate, pour thickened Japanese Worcestershire sauce on top, and it's ready to serve.
Tips for cooking
Please adjust the amount of salt to your taste. When flipping over, use a plate larger than the pan to prevent burning your hand. It will lose its shape a little, but you can use a spatula. We used a 8-inch diameter frying pan.
