- Chicken heart150 g
- Salt and pepper mix1/3 tsp
- Salad oil1 tsp
- Cayenne pepper (powder)as needed
How to make
- 1. Trim the white part of chicken hearts, cut it in lengthwise, rinse off the blood clots with running water, and drain.
- 2. Thread the chicken hearts into bamboo skewers and sprinkle salt.
- 3. Place cooking oil in a pan, align Step 2, and cook both sides over medium heat for about 10 minutes. Remove from the heat when the inside is thoroughly cooked.
- 4. Arrange on a plate, serve with cayenne pepper (powder) and it's ready.
