  • Young green onion (Konegi)

How to make

  1. 1. Put the salmon and cooking sake in a heat-resistant bowl, cover with plastic wrap, and microwave for 2 minutes at 600 W until the salmon is cooked through.
  2. 2. Wipe off excess moisture with a paper towel, remove skin and bones, and break up the flesh.
  3. 3. Add ingredient (A) and the rice, then mix together.
  4. 4. When the flavors have blended, serve on a rice bowl and top with the young green onions (konegi). It is ready.
