- Cooking sake1 tsp
- (A)Miso1 tsp
- (A)Soy sauce1/2 tsp
- (A)Melted salted butter5 g
- Toppings
- Young green onion (Konegi)as needed
How to make
- 1. Put the salmon and cooking sake in a heat-resistant bowl, cover with plastic wrap, and microwave for 2 minutes at 600 W until the salmon is cooked through.
- 2. Wipe off excess moisture with a paper towel, remove skin and bones, and break up the flesh.
- 3. Add ingredient (A) and the rice, then mix together.
- 4. When the flavors have blended, serve on a rice bowl and top with the young green onions (konegi). It is ready.
