- Daikon radish200 g
- Imitation crab80 g
- Salta pinch
- (A)Black pepperas needed
- (A)Sugar1/2 tsp
- (A)Lemon juice1/2 tsp
- (A)Saltas needed
- (A)Japanese Mayonnaise3 tbsp
How to make
- Prepare. Peel the skin of daikon radish.
- 1. For daikon radish, cut into 0.2-inch wide slices and shred it. Break imitation crabs.
- 2. Add daikon radish and salt into a bowl, rub it, and leave it for about 5 minutes.
- 3. Add drained Step 2, imitation crab and ingredient (A) to the bowl and mix together.
- 4. Plate Step 3 and it's ready to serve.
Tips for cooking
Please change the way of cutting daikon radish to your liking. Please squeeze the water from daikon radish well. If the water remains, the dish will become watery.
