How to make
- Prepare. Cut the sponge cake (castella) into bite-size pieces. Defrost the mango according to the package directions. Remove the stems from the strawberries and cut them in half.
- 1. Cut the golden kiwi into 0.4-inch wide quarter rounds. Cut 2/3 of the banana into 0.4-inch wide round slices and cut the rest in half diagonally.
