  • Japanese style granulated soup stock

  • Japanese Mayonnaise
    1 tbsp
  • Water
    30 ml
  • Toppings
  • Okonomiyaki sauce
    as needed
  • Japanese Mayonnaise
    as needed
  • Dried green seaweed flakes (Aonori)
    as needed
  • Red pickled ginger
    as needed

How to make

  1. 1. Cut off a core of cabbage and shred it.
  2. 2. Mix dough ingredients in a bowl.
  3. 3. Add Step 1 to Step 2 and mix well.
  4. 4. Spread Step 3 on a heat-resistant plate and spread pork belly on top.
  5. 5. Cover with plastic wrap and microwave for 4 minutes at 600 W until the dough and pork belly are cooked through.
  6. 6. Add okonomiyaki sauce, mayonnaise, dried green seaweed flakes (aonori), and red pickled ginger to taste, and it's ready.
