Okonomiyaki in Microwave - Recipe Video

- Cabbage100 g
- Pork belly50 g
- Batter
- Beaten eggs1
- Cake flour (Pastry flour)40 g
- Japanese style granulated soup stock1 tsp
- Japanese Mayonnaise1 tbsp
- Water30 ml
- Toppings
- Okonomiyaki sauceas needed
- Japanese Mayonnaiseas needed
- Dried green seaweed flakes (Aonori)as needed
- Red pickled gingeras needed
How to make
- 1. Cut off a core of cabbage and shred it.
- 2. Mix dough ingredients in a bowl.
- 3. Add Step 1 to Step 2 and mix well.
- 4. Spread Step 3 on a heat-resistant plate and spread pork belly on top.
- 5. Cover with plastic wrap and microwave for 4 minutes at 600 W until the dough and pork belly are cooked through.
- 6. Add okonomiyaki sauce, mayonnaise, dried green seaweed flakes (aonori), and red pickled ginger to taste, and it's ready.
