- Konjac (Konnyaku)200 g
- (A)Japanese BBQ sauce (Yakiniku sauce)2 tbsp
- (A)Gochujang1/2 tbsp
- (A)Roasted white sesame seeds1/2 tbsp
- (A)Grated garlic1 tsp
- (A)Grated ginger1 tsp
- (A)Sliced Japanese chili peppers (Takanotsume)1/4 tsp
- Sesame oil1 tsp
- Toppings
- Young green onion (Konegi)as needed
How to make
- Prepare. If you are using konjac noodles that are not preboiled, please follow the instructions as written on the package.
- 1. Cut the konjac into 0.2-inch wide pieces.
- 2. Put ingredient (A) into a bowl and mix together.
- 3. Heat sesame oil in a pan over medium heat. Add Step 1 and cook both sides for about 3 minutes, then remove from heat.
- 4. Serve on a plate, pour Step 2 on top, sprinkle with konegi and it is ready.
