- Rice300 g
- Yellow pickled daikon radish30 g
- Deep fried tempura bits (Tenkasu)3 tbsp
- Young green onion (Konegi)2 tbsp
- (A)Noodle soup base (Mentsuyu)2 tsp
- (A)Roasted white sesame seeds1 tsp
- (A)Japanese style granulated soup stock1/2 tsp
- (A)Dried green seaweed flakes (Aonori)1 tsp
- Garnish
- Green shiso leaves1 sheets
How to make
- 1. Mince yellow pickled daikon radish.
- 2. Add rice, Step 1, tempura bits, konegi (young green onion), and (A) into a bowl, and mix gently to blend the taste.
- 3. Divide into 4 equal parts, wrap each with plastic wrap, and make them into a triangle shape.
- 4. Remove plastic wrap, place on a plate with green shiso leaves, and serve.
Tips for cooking
Since mentsuyu (noodle soup base) has different flavor and thickness of taste depending on the type, so please use the amount indicated on the package as a guide and add the amount you like.
